The Repair
Similar to its iPhone 6 counterpart, the phone requires its Touchscreen and LCD replaced as a singular module.
Our technicians achieve this through careful separation of the frame's strong adhesive (different to the iPhone 6) from the screen, before disconnecting its flex cables.
Once completed, we systematically remove and replace the home button assembly, speaker and camera flex from the old screen to the new.
After the transfers are complete, the parts of the procedure are tested extensively to ensure their complete function.
